Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Bd354 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances: violation of Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, suspicion of money laundering, or breach of applicable law. If an account is closed, the user may submit a request to recover their valid balance (if any, and provided no Terms violation is involved). Relevant funds may be held during any ongoing investigation. Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the support team. Following account closure, related data may be retained for a defined period in accordance with legal obligations.
Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute between bd354 and a user will first be addressed through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the matter will be settled in a competent court of Bangladesh.
